Hello CRRC Community,
As we finish up a fun and successful Fall season and look ahead to our upcoming Winter and Spring seasons, a few equipment needs have come up. After a trailering incident on our trip to Head of the Hooch, we have significant repairs needed on a few boats as well as a loss of one of our fours. We will be creating a repair fund to help cover these costs and for the replacement of the four. It will be important to our Spring season that our boats are in good condition and that we have enough spots in boats for all athletes. Anything donated to this fund is appreciated and will help keep our club practicing and competing this Spring.
The other greatest need our club has is for training equipment for our Winter season. We would like to add 10 ergs and 5 stationary bikes to our equipment. These additions would help all athletes to have reliable equipment that will help them to build strength and speed for our Spring season.
Our club tries to keep costs as low as possible to make rowing possible for anyone who wants to row. We rely on donations and volunteering to help fill other needs that the club has. If you have the resources or access to resources to share, I have created a wish list of our greatest needs. These will help CRRC to provide the best possible experience for our athletes.
If you are interested in purchasing or donating towards one of these items, please contact our treasurer Steve Smith (
fin.man@camprandallrc.org ) Any and All donations will help and are tax deductible. Thank you for supporting CRRC and Happy Holidays!
